1. Information We Access
Hermes accesses your Google account data solely to provide assistant functionality. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
- Gmail: Reading, composing, and managing emails on your behalf
- Calendar: Viewing and creating events
- Drive: Reading and managing files at your direction
- Profile info: Basic account information (name, email)
2. How We Use Your Data
All data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively to fulfill your direct requests. Hermes does not:
- Store your Google data on external servers
- Use your data for advertising or analytics
- Share your data with third parties
- Train machine learning models on your data
Data processing happens locally on your machine or within your controlled infrastructure.
3. Data Retention
Hermes retains session context only for the duration of active conversations. No persistent copies of your Google data are stored unless you explicitly configure local storage for your own use.
4. Your Control
You can revoke Hermes access at any time through your Google Account permissions page.
